Can not connect Security Web site(SSL) in vista

Allowing to browser ordinary web site ,but you can not visit the shopping pages or personal information, such as security-related web pages. Use the following steps to reset the SSL encryption in order to be able to visit the security page

(1) ie-> Tools -> ie Options -> Security.

(2) a trusted site -> Default Level.

(3) High -> Security.

(4) If you have not selected the "use SSL 2.0" and "Use SSL 3.0" check them. -> Content.

(5) clear the SSL state -> determined.

If you had a choice of these at this time should be able to visit the site safe. Visit a secure website to confirm. If you still can not access a secure page, do the rest of the steps to address this issue.
